PRE-LAUNCH POLICY FRAMEWORK

Designed around
your IP.

We are establishing data-handling and subcontracting controls before accepting confidential sequences. The following describes our proposed approach, not an operative privacy policy or a representation that a secure customer portal is active.

01 / INITIAL CONTACT

No confidential sequences in the online brief.

The current site does not accept uploads, collect payments or transmit the answers entered in its local configurator. Please do not enter proprietary sequences or sensitive unpublished project details.

02 / PROJECT INTAKE

Written confidentiality terms first.

Before receiving sequences, an executed NDA, an approved method of transfer and a project statement of work should define permitted access, subcontractor disclosures, data locations and retention requirements.

03 / RIGHTS & MODEL TRAINING

Customer IP stays customer IP.

Our proposed default is no use of client-confidential sequences or assay outputs to train models without explicit separate authorization. Definitive rights will be established in signed agreements.

04 / CROSS-BORDER DELIVERY

Transparent supply and data routes.

Prospective clients should know which organization performs each assay, the jurisdictions involved and how materials and data move. Export controls and privacy obligations will be assessed for each engagement.

Status: pre-launch planning

Supplier qualification, legal terms, customer support channels and security infrastructure are being set up. Formal service availability remains subject to those steps.
